摘要
全太极拳具有简易、实用、便捷等特点,应成为当下全民健身内容的首选。本研究首先对太极拳在中国传统文化所处的地位与健身价值进行剖析;然后,基于全民健身视域下围绕习练目的、习练方式、习练内容三个方面对太极拳习练的转变进行分析;最后,针对全民视域下围绕弱化技击凸显健身养生属性、突出体现健身养生理念、简化套路注重内涵、改变定位多渠道推广四个方面来解析太极拳推广策略。
Comprehensive taijiquan(tai chi chuan, a kind of traditional Chinese shadow boxing), which is simple, practical and convenient, should be the first choice for the nationwide fitness strategy. This paper first discusses the position and fitness value of taijiquan in traditional Chinese culture. The purpose, practicing way and content are then analyzed in the view of nationwide fitness. Finally, the promotion strategy is expounded from four aspects: weakening its attack feature, emphasizing on its regimen concept, simplifying routine while paying attention on its connotation, as well as changing its positioning and promoting in multi-ways.
