摘要
《武术段位制》课程近年来开始在一些高校或体育院校中开展,教学内容及套路模式的改变使武术的学习更接近于传统的武术习练,但教学方法和模式仍沿用了传统武术课的教学方法,特别是对练和拆招的教授相对单练套路复杂,教师教授起来很不方便,学生学起来也很困难。本文将翻转课堂运用到高校的《武术段位制》课程的教学中,通过研究发现,这种教学方式适合高校《武术段位制》课程的教学,评价体系也有所改变,有利于师生之间的互动,学生的学习兴趣和教学质量有了很大的提高。
Some universities and physical education college start the curriculum Wushu Duan System in recent years, whose teaching content and routines are closer to the practice of traditional wushu(martial arts) while its teaching method and mode are in line with the traditional wushu teaching course. Practicing in pairs and explaining movements step by step are particularly complicated compared with practicing wushu routine alone, which brings difficulties to teachers and students. By applying the flipped classroom on the Wushu Duan System curriculum, it is discovered that, such teaching mode are suitable for the curriculum’s teaching and the change of the appraisal system. There are more communications between students and teachers and students’ learning interests and teaching quality is also highly improved.
