摘要
文章通过录像分析法、专家访谈法,并结合自己参加和组织推手裁判培训的经验,对首都高校太极推手的场上裁判工作进行剖析总结,旨在梳理出高校推手比赛场上裁判员的培训要点及规律,进一步为高校竞技推手的发展提供助力。
Through video analysis and expert interview, combining with authors’ own experience in the training of judges in taiji tuishou(tuishou, pushing hand,a kind of workout routine), this paper does a conclusion on the training work in universities and colleges, with the purpose of sorting out key points and orders in training, as well as offering reference for its better development.
