当代武德教育与民航精神实践研究——以空保专业学生为例

A Research on the Practice of Modern Wushu Moral Education and Civil Aviation Spirit——Taking the Students Majored in Aviation Security as an Example

近年来,随着我国民用航空运输的快速发展,各公共航空运输企业对航空安全员的需求不断增加,航空安全员队伍的建设对中国民航的空防安全起到了更为重要的意义。航空安全员在申请执照前须完成中国民航局规定实施的初任训练,并通过相应的理论考试和基本体能、基本技能考试。以武术散打基本功为主导的技能项目,是航空安全员初任、定期和日常训练考核内容的重要项目之一,武术技能教学与武德修养培育两者之间是紧密相连的,为此,本文聚焦于民航空中安全保卫专业的武德教育,试图探寻在航空安全员队伍中进行武德培育的路径,并结合民航精神进行探讨,对于提升民航空保专业人员的精神品德和人文修养有着重要且积极的影响。

In recent years, with the rapid development of Chinese civil aviation industry, the needs for aviation security officers are increasing in different public flight transportation companies. The construction of aviation security officer team is,therefore, becoming significant. Aviation security officers should pass the training designed by CAAC, pass the theory test and basic physical condition and techniques check before applying for the license. Wushu(martial arts) free combat is the core in their basic training, as well as key test content that goes through security officers’ license application and regular daily training process. Wushu skill training and wushu moral education are closely connected with each other. Focusing on the wushu moral education in aviation security major, this paper intends to explore the wushu moral education way, in combination with the civil aviation spirit, which will have positive effect on the promotion of aviation security officers’ morality and humanity cultivation.
