摘要
本研究采用文献资料法、实践法、数理统计法及综合分析法,通过对缠丝劲的内涵与作用、高校24式太极拳教学困境及原因进行理论探讨,结合缠丝劲运用于高校24式太极拳教学的实践研究进行分析,得出:将缠丝劲贯穿于高校24式太极拳教学,能够有效提高太极拳教学效果。并提出相应的实施途径,旨在为24式太极拳教学中合理运用缠丝劲提供理论和实践依据。
Through literature review,field study,mathematical statistics and comprehensive analysis,this paper discusses the connotation and function of silk reeling,the dilemma in 24-style taijiquan(tai chi chuan,a kind of traditional Chinese shadow boxing)teaching in universities and its reasons.By analyzing the application of silk reeling on taijiquan teaching,this paper concludes that,the application lasting through the whole teaching process will improve the teaching effect.Countermeasures against the problems are also proposed,aiming at offering theoretical and practical reference for a proper application of silk reeling.
