武德:一种非强制性的制度文化

Wushu Morality: a Non-mandatory Institutional Culture

制度文化是文化构成的一种基本形态,也是维护国家发展与社会稳定的重要因素,更是规范个人言行举止的标尺。本文采用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,运用文化学理论,试图以制度文化的角度为切入点,从习惯性规定、道德性约束、舆论性监督三方面对武德文化进行分析与探究。研究发现,武德文化是在习武练功以及日常生活中长期积累的习惯性规定;也是道德性约束尊师重道的行为理念与仁义正直的为人品质的综合体现;更是行内戒约与社会关注相互结合的舆论性监督。

Institutional culture is the basic form that constitutes culture,which is also an essential element for keeping the nation’s development and social stability,as well as a criterion for standardizing personal behavior and speech.Through literature review,logical analysis and cultural theory,from the aspect of institutional culture,this paper does a research on the wushu(martial arts)moral culture from its custom,moral restriction and public opinion supervision,and discovers that wushu morality culture is the habitual rule accumulated in the practice of wushu and daily life for a long time.It is also the comprehensive embodiment of the behavioral idea of moral restraint,respect for teachers and the integrity of benevolence,righteousness and integrity.Moreover,it is a caution within wushu industry,as well as the combination of public opinion supervision and social concern.
