摘要
《梅花螳螂拳要论》乃武术名家鲍光英所传,是一部成书于清末民初的武术理论著作,具有较高的学术价值。《梅花螳螂拳要论》继承了俞大猷《剑经》的学术思想并有所创新,其内容可分为七大部分,即论摔手、论桥、论拍位、论门、论转环、论缠抖、论绞丝。本文尝试概括其书梗概,以求该书能得到更广泛传播。
The Essential Book of Plum Blossom Praying Mantis,which was written by the wushu(martial arts)master Bao Guangying around late Qing Dynasty to early Republic China era,is a classic of wushu theory and has a high academic value.It learns from Yu Dayou’s Jian Jing(The Essence of Sword)while has its own innovation.Its content is divided into seven parts:namely shuaishou,bridge,rhythm,door,circle,wind and throw,twist.This paper concludes the book,with the hope of better promoting this classic.
