摘要
现代体育运动越来越重视将理论与实践相结合指导运动员训练。因此借助于解剖学与生理学知识,国外研究人员率先提出核心稳定性训练的新型体育训练理论,旨在帮助运动员训练更加高效化与科学化,减少损伤,并解决传统训练方式的弊端。目前我国对核心稳定性训练与散打相结合的研究有限,故而笔者将两者联系,探寻核心稳定性训练对散打运动员身体平衡性的作用影响。
Modern sports pay increasingly attention to the combination of theory and practice in athlete training.Based on the anatomy and physiology theory,new type of sport training theory-core stability training was initially proposed by international researchers,with the purpose of helping athlete-training towards a more efficient and scientific way,as well as reducing their possibility of injury and solving the defect of traditional training.As currently there is limited research on the combination of core stability training,this paper explores the function of core stability training on the balance of free combat athletes.
