本文通过文献资料、个案分析、逻辑分析等研究方法,从竞技混双自选太极拳美学内涵,分析太极拳美的内在因素与外因素以及技术与艺术的融合,以期为丰富太极拳文化和美学特征提供理论依据和研究建议。

Through literature review,case study and logical analysis,this paper analyzes the internal and external factors of the aesthetics of taijiquan(tai chi chuan,a kind of traditional Chinese shadow boxing),and the integration of its techniques and arts from the aesthetics connotation of the competitive mixed double taiji with optional movements,with the hope of enriching the theoretical reference for taijiquan culture and its aesthetics feature.
