北京体育大学武术学院武术套路专项学生就业观念的调查分析

An Analysis on the Employment Concept of Students in Wushu Routine Major in the Wushu School, Beijing Sport University

本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法,对北京体育大学武术学院武术套路专项学生的就业观念进行了调查分析。通过分析显示,由于毕业人数的增加,当前大学生就业的形势十分严峻。笔者经过调查分析得出结论,建议毕业生能够转变自己的就业观念,多向学校体育教师就业方向发展,同时学校也应加强就业指导工作。

Through literature review,questionnaire,mathematics statistics and logical analysis,this paper does an analysis on the employment concept of students in wushu(martial arts)routine major in the Wushu School in Beijing Sport University.The research result indicates that,with the increasing number of graduate students,the employment status of students is quite severe.It is concluded that,students should change their employment concept,and school physical education teachers should be their main employment trend.Schools should also enhance its career guidance work.
