摘要
文章根据段位制杨式太极拳四段的特点,结合教学实践,围绕提高教学效果这一主题,从理论教学内容的优化、套路教学内容的优化、考评内容的优化角度对段位制杨式太极拳四段进行研究,阐述在段位制杨式太极拳四段教学过程中所授内容及要求,从而提高杨式太极拳四段教学的效果。
Based on the feature of four parts in Yang-style taijiquan(tai chi chuan,a kind of traditional Chinese shadow boxing)duan system(ranking system)and focusing on the improvement of teaching effect,in combination with the practical teaching experience,this paper does a research from the aspects of theory teaching optimization,routine teaching content optimization,as well as test content optimization in four parts in Yang-style taijiquan duan system.Its teaching content and requirement are also expounded,in order to improve its teaching effect.
