武术是河南省特色文化与产业品牌,为建设健康中原、体育强省,加快中原崛起、河南振兴、富民强省发挥着深远的文化宣传和经济产业价值。探索新时期河南省武术产业创新驱动与转型升级,不仅是河南的内生需求,更是河南的使命和担当。必须找准制约武术文化产业发展的全局性、深层次的突出短板,构建武术产业创新驱动发展体系并明确政策指向,为河南文化强省建设和武术产业升级发展战略把握主动、抢占高地。

As a cultural and industrial brand of Henan Province,wushu(martial arts)has a profound function in terms of Henan Province’s culture promotion as well as economical and industrial value in the aspects of building up Healthy Henan Project,constructing a powerful sports province and accelerating its economic development.Exploring its innovation-driven,transformation and upgrading form in new era are not only Henan’s internal requirement,but also its task and mission.The deep-seated outstanding shortcomings that impede wushu industry from comprehensive development should be found,the development mechanism driven by wushu industrial innovation should be built,and policy direction should also be clarified,in order to help Henan gain advantages in building up a powerful cultural province and upgrading wushu industry.
