外展神经麻痹的定位诊断及治疗进展

外展神经麻痹是可以由多种原因引起的眼球外展不能、复视、代偿头位,偶可有头晕、头痛等临床表现的疾病,是临床上常见的麻痹性斜视的类型。造成外展神经麻痹的原因复杂多样,如颅脑外伤、肿瘤、炎症、脑血管病及糖尿病等。近年来,国内有学者应用针刺治疗外展神经麻痹取得较好疗效,但其机制仍不清楚。本文旨在对外展神经麻痹的病因、治疗进行综述,以期为临床治疗该疾病提供参考。

Abducens palsy,a common clinical type of paralytic strabismus,is a disease of abduction deficit,diplopia,compensatory head,dizziness and so on,which can be caused by a variety of reason,There are common causes of abducens palsy: head trauma,tumor,hypertensive encephalopathy,microvascular disease,etc.This paper aims at summarizing the anatomy,localization diagnosis,surgical treatment progress,so as to provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of such patients.
