摘要
本文对2258例人体外周血淋巴细胞作了G显带染色体分析,检出异常核型102例占4.5%,其中已鉴定的世界首报核型10种,国内首报核型1种,和10种异常核型国内外均尚未见报道,并就异常核型的起源进行了讨论。
Karyotypical analysis of 2258 cases of genetical coun seling was made by G-banding techniques during the period from January 1981 to September 1985. 102 cases showed chro mosomal abnormalities(4.5%), among them 47 cases(46.1%)were with chromosomal numeral abnormality and 46 cases (45.1%) chromosomal structural abnormality. 20 new karyotypic abnormalities were found not reported previously. The origin of the chromosomal abnorma lities was also discussed.
