microRNA与结核分枝杆菌感染的致病机制研究进展 被引量:15

Research progress in MicroRNAs and the pathogenesis of Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection

摘要 结核病是一类严重危害人类生命健康的呼吸道传染病,由结核分枝杆菌感染引起,在全球内影响重大。结核病在早期诊断后可获得较好的治疗效果,同时,在结核分枝杆菌感染后,微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)参与结核病发病机制,与其发生发展存在一定关系。因此,本文就miRNA与结核分枝杆菌感染的致病机制的研究进展进行综述,为今后结核病的早期预防、及时治疗等提供新的研究思路。 Tuberculosis is a type of respiratory disease that endangers the health of human beings.It is caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection and has a significant impact on patients all over the world.Studies have shown that tuberculosis can obtain better therapeutic effect after early diagnosis.Meanwhile,miRNA participates in the pathogenesis of tuberculosis after TB infection,and is related to the occurrence and development of tuberculosis.Therefore,this review summarizes the related research progress in microRNA and the pathogenesis of Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection,and provides some new research ideas for the early prevention and timely treatment of tuberculosis.
