重组人干扰素α-2b喷雾剂对手足口病患儿免疫功能的影响 被引量:30

摘要 目的研究重组人干扰素α-2b喷雾剂对手足口病患儿免疫功能影响。方法选择2017年10月-2018年5月医院诊治的轻症手足口病患儿82例为研究对象,随机数字表法分为试验组52例和对照组30例。所有患儿完善检查,明确诊断,给予对症支持治疗,试验组在对照组基础上采用重组人干扰素α-2b喷雾剂治疗。比较两组患儿治疗前及治疗5~7d后T淋巴细胞CD_4^+、CD_8^+、CD_4^+/CD_8^+水平及免疫球蛋白IgA、IgM、IgG水平。结果治疗后,两组患儿CD_4^+水平和CD_4^+/CD_8^+水平均高于治疗前,CD_8^+水平低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);且试验组CD_4^+水平和CD_4^+/CD_8^+水平高于对照组,CD_8^+水平低于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后患儿IgM、IgA和IgG水平均高于治疗前(P<0.05);且试验组患儿IgM、IgA和IgG水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组皮疹持续时间、发热持续时间以及住院时间相比对照组均缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论重组人干扰素α-2b喷雾剂能够改善手足口病患儿免疫功能紊乱、提高免疫蛋白水平。 OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of recombinant human interferonα-2 bspray on immune function of children with hand,foot and mouth disease.METHODS A total of 82 children with hand,foot and mouth disease who were treated in the hospital from Oct 2017 to May 2018 were recruited as the study objects and randomly divided into the experimental group with 52 cases and the control group with 30 cases.All of the enrolled children received the complete examination procedures so as to clarify the diagnosis and conduct the symptomatic and supportive treatment,while the experimental group was given additional recombinant human interferonα-2 bspray on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The levels of T lymphocytes CD4+,CD8+,and CD4+/CD8+as well as the levels of immunoglobins IgA,IgM and IgG were observed and compared between the two groups of children before the treatment and after the treatment for 5 days.RESULTS The levels of CD4+and CD4+/CD8+of the two groups of children were significantly higher after the treatment than before the treatment,the CD8+level was lower after the treatment than before the treatment,and there were significant differences(P<0.05);the levels of CD4+and CD4/CD8 of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,while the CD8+level of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IgM,IgA and IgG of the children were significantly higher after the treatment than before the treatment(P<0.05);the levels of IgM,IgA and IgG of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The duration of rash,duration of fever and length of hospital stay were significantly shorter in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.CONCLUSIONThe recombinant human interferonα-2 bspray can significantly correct the immune dysfunction of the children with hand,foot and mouth disease and raise the levels of immunoglobins.
