摘要
随着微创时代的到来,新词汇、新技术、新理念不断涌现,功能外科及经自然腔道内镜手术(natural orifice translumenal endoscopic surgery,NOTES)的发展日新月异,笔者就目前的微创技术、手术入路和功能外科等诸多方面进行探讨和交流。
With the arrival of the era of minimally invasive surgery,new words,new technology and new ideas are constantly emerging,the development of functional surgery and natural orifice translumenal endoscopic surgery change rapidly,the author discusses current minimally invasive surgery,operative approach and functional surgery.
