经肛门内镜下微创手术治疗直肠肛管疾病

Transanal endoscopic microsurgery for anorectal diseases

随着治疗理念的更新和手术技术的提高,外科治疗已经进入了微创时代。经肛门内镜下微创手术作为微创术式的一种,其在治疗直肠肿瘤方面,具有创伤小、操作简便、术野清晰、术后并发症少等多个优势,正逐渐受到学者的亲睐,但该术式对肿瘤的术前分期以及手术的适应症要求较为严格,在临床工作中也应谨慎开展。现笔者就经肛门内镜下微创手术的适应症、术前评估、手术并发症、疗效评价几个方面进行简要的阐述。

With the improvement of surgical concept and techniques,minimally invasive surgery has entered a new era. Transanal Endoscopic Microsurgery is a minimally invasive surgical procedure for rectal tumor,with little trauma,simple procedure,clear operative field,few complications and many other advantages. It is gradually being accepted nowdays,but the preoperative staging and indications for surgery requirements are much strict,so it should be undertaken with caution in clinical work. Now the indications,preoperative evaluation,surgical complications and efficacy evaluations will be briefly described.
