骶神经调节术治疗顽固性便秘的应用进展

Sacral nerve stimulation in the treatment of intractable constipation

慢性便秘发病率逐渐增多,部分顽固性便秘患者仍需外科治疗。骶神经调节术作为治疗便秘的一种新兴手段,结合国外相关临床研究和本院临床经验,认为SNM虽然作用机理尚待完善,考虑是从功能调节入手,努力解决顽固性便秘的根本原因,其疗效确切,操作简单,具有可逆性,安全可靠,对患者的不良影响较小等优点,具有良好的应用前景。

With the increasing incidence of chronic constipation , many patients with intractable constipation need to perform surgical operation .Sacral neuromodulation ( SNM ) is a new means of treating constipation,and its mechanism is undefined .We think that SNM which solved the root cause of intractable constipation from regulating function had a good application prospect with well curative effect , simple operation,reversibility,safety and reliability,and less adverse effect on the patients .
