淹水胁迫对不同抗性甜玉米自交系幼苗生长及生理特性的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Waterlogging Stress on Seedling Growth and Physiological Characteristics of Sweet Corn Inbred Lines with Different Resistance

摘要 本研究以甜玉米自交系K 61(渍涝敏感型)与K 85(耐渍型)为试验材料,对淹水处理后2个品种的形态特征及生理特性进行研究。结果表明,K 61在淹水胁迫后根长及根鲜重均低于对照组,K 85的根长显著高于对照组,根鲜重则低于对照组;气生根数目两自交系均极显著高于对照组,但耐涝型材料气生根数目高于涝敏感材料。地上部分,在淹水处理后其中K 61表现为茎长及茎鲜重均受抑制,K 85则表现出茎鲜重高于对照组。淹水胁迫提高了K 61根系SOD酶活性,抑制了POD酶活性;K 85在淹水胁迫下导致2种酶活性升高。 The morphological and physiological characteristics of sweet corn inbred lines K 61(waterlogging-sensitive line) and K 85(waterlogging-tolerant line) under waterlogging stress were studied in this study. The results showed that root length and root fresh weight were lower than control group under waterlogging conditions. The root length of K 85 was significantly higher than control group, but root fresh weight was lower than that of the control group. Two inbred lines showed more aerial root number than that of the control group, and waterlogging-tolerant line showed more aerial root number than waterlogging-sensitive line. For aboveground part, the stem length and stem fresh weight of K 61 were suppressed under waterlogging condition, and K 85 showed higher stem fresh weight in this condition. Waterlogging enhancing SOD enzymes activity and reducing POD enzymes activity of K 61. To K 85, both SOD and POD enzymes activity was increased under waterlogging stress.
