摘要
为探讨淀粉防伪型烟草包衣丸化种子研制可行性,以红花大金元裸种为试验材料,在包衣丸化过程中添加淀粉层,测定种子质量及显色效果。结果表明,红花大金元包衣丸化种子成核层添加3/5裸种量的淀粉、丸化层添加4/5裸种量的淀粉可有效提高种子在25℃或15℃下的发芽效果;成核层、丸化层添加淀粉的种子分别可贮藏24周、32周;种子切面后遇碘显色,操作简单,防伪检测迅速有效,可在烟草种子生产加工中进一步研究推广。
Seeds of tobacco varieties Honghuadajinyuan were used to explore the feasibility of starch anti-counterfeiting pelleted tobacco seed. Starch layer was added during seed pelletizing process. Seed germination test and color reaction were measured. Results showed that, adding starch at nucleation layer(3/5 seed weight) and pill layer(4/5 seed weight) were the proper dose, which could improve the seed germination under 25 ℃ or 15 ℃. Each pelleted seeds of Honghuadajinyuan with starch could be stored 24 weeks and 32 weeks, respectively. The color reaction of starch layer with iodine was quickly and efficiently. Further research and extension could be used in tobacco seed production.
