摘要
回顾磨浆过程在线测量技术的相关研究。分别介绍应用高速摄影技术测量纤维流动和分布情况,应用压力传感器技术测量纤维受力情况,应用压力传感器和高速摄影相结合的技术和应用光纤传感器技术测量磨区压强,应用半导体传感器技术和应用压力和温度联合传感器测量磨区温度,应用同位素、光纤探针和放射性探测器技术测量磨区驻留时间,以及应用TDC传感器技术和涡流传感器技术测量磨区间隙。通过回顾研究,了解磨浆参数之间的关联和变化;此外,由于磨浆过程往往是几个参数同时作用,所以由一两个磨浆参数在线测量所得出的结论难免带有局限性;最后,对红外热成像技术和数字化X射线成像技术、扫描电镜SEM和多媒体纤维镜等现代观察技术相结合的方法研究磨浆机理加以展望。
In this paper, refining process online measurement was reviewed, the online measurement of fiber flow and fiber distribution in the refining zone by high-speed photography, the online measurement of fiber stress in the refining zone by pressure sensor, the online measurements of refining pressure by combined pressure sensor and high speed photography and by optical fiber sensor, the online measurements of refining temperature by semiconductor sensor and by combined pressure and temperature sensors, the online measurements of refining resident time by isotope and radiation detector and by optical fiber probe, the online measurements of refiner plate gap by TDC sensor and by eddy current sensor were respectively introduced. Through reviewed study, the relationship and change of refining process parameters were known for the further theory development of refining. In addition, one or two online-measured refining parameters were limited to conclude the refining process, as to which depends on several parameters at the same time. Finally, an online measurement of refining process by infrared thermal imaging and digital X-ray imaging was suggested.
