摘要
木素是一种天然聚合物,在自然界中的储量排第二,但是在生物质精炼过程中其用途和定向功能化仍然需要进一步探索和发展。木素的氧化降解具有很好的发展前景,可以用来生产高度功能化的单体或者低聚物作为化学或制药行业其他精细化学品的原材料。本文根据木素的结构特征、分离及表征方法和氧化领域的一些重要成果,综述了有机金属催化(MTO、金属卟啉、salen复合物、POMs)和酶催化(漆酶、过氧化物酶)对木素以及木素模型物的氧化作用、反应机制的影响和反应结果的处理方法。
Lignin is the second most abundant natural polymer. Its utilization and directional functionalization in biomass refining process still require further exploration and development. The oxidative degradation of lignin has great prospects, which can be used to produce the highly functional monomers or oligomers as raw materials for other valorisation processes in the chemical or pharmaceutical industries. Based on the structural characteristics, separation and characterization methods of lignin and some important achievements in the field of oxidation, the effects of organometallic catalysis(MTO, metalloporphyrin, salen complex,POMs) and enzyme catalysis(laccase, peroxidase) on the oxidation and reaction mechanism of lignin and lignin models as well as the treatment ways of results were reviewed.
