气相色谱-质谱法测定婴儿湿巾中16种防腐剂和抗氧化剂

Determination of 16 Preservatives and Antioxidants in Baby Wipes by GC-MS

采用气相色谱-质谱法同时测定婴儿湿巾中的对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯、对羟基苯甲酸异丙酯、对羟基苯甲酸丁酯、对羟基苯甲酸异丁酯、对羟基苯甲酸苄酯、苯氧乙醇、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、甲基异噻唑啉酮、碘代丙炔基氨基甲酸丁酯、苯甲醇、苄基氯、溴化苄等14种防腐剂,以及2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、叔丁基羟基茴香醚等两种抗氧化剂。结果显示,16种物质在0.01～5.0 mg·L^(-1)范围内具有较好的线性关系,线性相关系数均在0.999以上,检出限(LODs,S/N≥3)范围为0.05～0.3 mg·kg^(-1),各物质的平均回收率为80%～118%,相对标准偏差为1.3%～8.4%。应用该方法对多个婴儿湿巾样品进行检测分析,结果表明,该方法检测效率高、线性范围宽、检出限低,是一种高效灵敏的婴儿湿巾防腐剂和抗氧化剂的检测方法。

The GC-MS method was established for determination of methyl paraben, ethyl paraben, propyl paraben,isobutyl paraben, butyl paraben, benzyl paraben, phenoxyethanol, methylchloroisothiazolinone, methylisothiazolinone, butyl iodopropynylcarbamate, benzyl alcohol, benzyl chloride, benzyl bromide up to 14 preservatives and 2 antioxidants including butylated hydroxytoluene and 3-tert-butyl-4-hydroxy-anisole in baby wipes. Satisfactory linearities were obtained in the range of 0.01~5.0 mg·L-1 with the limits of detection(LODs, S/N≥3) ranging from 0.002~0.02 mg·L-1 with all correlation coefficients above of 0.999.The mean recoveries of all the preservatives and antioxidants were between 80% and 118%, while the relative standard deviations were between 1.3% and 8.4%. The method was applied to the analysis of multiple batches of samples. The result indicates that it is a sensitive, accurate, wide linear range and low detection limit method for baby wipes preservatives and antioxidants’ detection.
