摘要
为改善布浆器的喷浆流量分布,基于Fluent,仿真分析布浆器总管三种结构设计方案的布浆效果,并考察支管口径参数的影响作用。研究表明:采用总管近似分段设计时,分段数越多布浆均流效果越好,48段设计与3段相比流量误差可缩减约30%;通过调节总管出口回流率可实现出浆均流效果的改善,以10%回流率设计出的总管结构采用13%回流率设置效果更佳;支管口径设计建议选择3倍速度比,增大或减小该值,不同支管位置的流量分布会出现更大的波动偏离。
To improve the flow distribution of the pulp distributor,the distribution effects of three main pipe structural designs and different branch pipe diameters are analyzed by using Fluent simulation.The results show that the more the number of sections the better the homogenization effect while making use of subsections design.By using 48 sections design,the flow error can decreased about 30%compared to 3 sections.The effect of uniform outflow can be improved by adjusting the reflux rate and the value of 13%is more suitable while the pulp distributor is designed based on 10%reflux rate.It is recommended to choose 3 times speed ratio for branch pipe diameter design.The flow distribution show larger fluctuation in different position of branch pipe when using more or less values.
