摘要
目前造纸法再造烟叶生产过程有能耗高、再造烟叶产品杂气重、口感差等缺陷,作者针对以上问题对新型分离浓缩工艺进行了探索和研究。以烟梗、碎烟末为原料,按照拟定的工艺流程进行详细的实验研究,通过取样检测分析和专家评吸相结合,得出膜分离、膜浓缩技术能显著降低提取液中的蛋白质、果胶等大分子物质,明显提升产品品质的相关结论。
At present,the process of paper-making tobacco sheet has many defects,such as high energy consumption,heavy impurity and poor taste,etc.Aiming at the above problems,the new separation and concentration technology is explored and studied.A detailed experimental study was carried out according to the proposed technological process by using the tobacco stem and the crushed smoke as raw materials.Through the combination of sampling analysis and expert evaluation,it is concluded that membrane separation and membrane concentration technology can significantly reduce the protein,pectin and other macromolecular substances in the extract,and significantly improve the quality of products.The study has certain guiding significance for the application of membrane technology to the actual application of paper-making tobacco sheet.
