纳米材料的加填对机械浆纸页性能的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Nanomaterials Filling on the Properties of Paper Made from Mechanical Pulp

摘要 以机械浆为原料,纳米碳酸钙、纳米二氧化钛以及纳米微晶纤维素为造纸添加剂,辅以其他造纸助剂,通过湿部成形制备机械浆纸页,并对纸页的平滑度、白度以及力学性能进行表征。结果表明:纳米微晶纤维素的添加提高了机械浆纸页的力学性能,且随着其添加量在0~2%范围内的增加,纸页的撕裂度、抗张指数以及抗张能量吸收值均得到显著改善;同时,纳米二氧化钛的添加能够提高纸页的白度,当添加量为5%时,纸页白度达到77.3%ISO。 In this paper,mechanical pulp paper was prepared by wet-end forming with mechanical pulp fiber as raw material,nano-calcium carbonate,nano-titanium dioxide and nanocrystalline cellulose as papermaking additives,supplemented by other papermaking auxiliaries,then the smoothness,whiteness and mechanical properties of the paper were characterized.The results showed that the addition of nanocrystalline cellulose was contributed to the mechanical properties of the paper,and with the increase of NCC loading in the range of 0~2%,the tearing strength,tensile index and tensile energy absorption value of the paper were significantly improved;moreover,the addition of nano titanium dioxide can enhance the whiteness of the paper,when the amount added was 5%,the whiteness of the paper reached 77.3%ISO.
