镁基碱源两段过氧化氢漂白废纸脱墨浆的研究 被引量:2

An Investigation on Two-Stage of Mg(OH)2-Based Peroxide Bleaching Process Performance of Deinked Pulp

摘要 以氢氧化镁作碱源进行了废纸脱墨浆的两段过氧化氢漂白的研究,主要探讨了分段过氧化氢用量、漂白温度、氢氧化镁用量对纸浆白度和强度的影响。结果表明:当一段过氧化氢用量为1.5%及2%时,过氧化氢总用量为2.5%时,纸页的白度及强度指标均呈现出最佳结果;随着漂白温度的逐渐提高,纸页白度会随之下降,并且镁碱的加入也会对白度产生负面影响;然而耐破度与抗张强度会随着漂白温度的升高而升高。与同条件下的钠碱相比,当漂白温度为85℃时,Mg(OH)2的用量为0.242%时,镁碱的优势为最大,纸页耐破度与抗张强度分别提升了约4.65%和11.3%。 This paper investigated on the two-stage of Mg(OH)2-based peroxide bleaching process performance of deinked pulp, including the effect of peroxide dosage, bleaching temperature, and Mg(OH)2 addition on whiteness and strength properties. Results showed that the best results of whiteness and strength properties was achieved with peroxide dosage at 1.5% and 2% during 1 st stage while total addition at 2.5%. With the increase of bleaching process temperature, the whiteness will decrease while the properties including burst and tensile strength will improve, and the continuous addition of Mg(OH)2 will result in the decrease of whiteness. Compared to the results with NaOH under condition of temperature at 85℃, the superiority with Mg(OH)2 addition at 0.242% reached the biggest, i.e. the burst and tensile strength increased by 4.65% and11.3% respectively.
