造纸法烟草薄片废水碳源回收研究 被引量:2

Research on Carbon Source Recovery of Wastewater from Paper-Making Reconstituted Tobacco Sheet

摘要 对造纸法烟草薄片生产废水进行厌氧发酵实验,采用HyVAB反应器对其中的有机碳源进行回收。结果表明,造纸法烟草薄片废水具有较高的产沼能力,单位有机负荷沼气产率为449 L·kg-1 COD,气体中CH4含量达到52%以上。HyVAB反应器能很好地回收废水中的有机碳源,对有机物的去除效率高且较稳定。在水力停留时间为13.5 h,有机负荷8.71 kg COD·(m3·d)-1,反应温度25~30℃时,反应器单位有机负荷沼气产率为0.36 m3·kg-1 COD,单位容积沼气产率为3.15 m3·(m3·d)-1,出水COD平均去除率为71.2%。 The anaerobic fermentation experiment of tobacco slice wastewater from papermaking process is studied,and the organic carbon source is recovered by HyVAB reactor.The results show that the paper-making tobacco slice wastewater has a high biogas production capacity.The biogas yield per unit organic load is 0.45 m3·kg-1 COD,and the CH4 content in the gas is 52%.HyVAB reactor HyVAB reactor has a good organic carbon source recover from wastewater and it also has high and stable removal efficiency of organic matter removal.When HRT is 13.5 h,organic load is 8.71 kgCOD·(m3·d)-1,reaction temperature is 25~30℃,the biogas yield per unit organic load is 0.36 m3·kg-1 COD,the biogas yield per unit volume is 3.15 m3·d-1,and the average removal rate of COD from effluent is 71.2%.
