摘要
对玉带凤蝶卵、蛹在 5~ 8℃下冷藏试验和越冬蛹的加温试验表明 ,已发育 1~ 2d的卵 ,其冷藏时间可达 7d ,孵化率达 93 % ,孵化率随冷藏前发育天数和冷藏天数的增加而降低 ;发育蛹的耐低温能力比卵弱 ,已发育 1d的蛹 ,冷藏 3d后 ,羽化率仅为 80 % ,羽化率随蛹冷藏前的发育天数和冷藏天数的增加而降低 ;越冬蛹加温 ,可促使其提早 2
Eggs and pupae of Papilio polytes L.were refrigerated between 5 and 8℃,and winter pupae were heated.1~2 day old eggs refrigerated for 7 days had a hatch rate of over 93%.The hatch rate was lower in more developed eggs and when eggs were refrigerated longer.Developing pupae were less tolerant of low temperature than eggs.One day old pupae refrigerated for 3 days had an eclosion rate of only 80%,less in older pupae and longer refrigeration.Warming overwintering pupae advanced eclosion by about 2/3.
