磷酸掺杂对聚苯胺电导率及微观结构的影响 被引量:1

摘要 对磷酸掺杂的聚苯胺进行了电导率测试,并从微观结构上对这种变化进行探讨.结果表明:随着掺杂剂酸度的增加,大块状的聚苯胺消失,生成了结构更精细、平均粒径更小的聚苯胺,并且在整个微观结构上形成了聚苯胺隧道网化.掺杂有利于导电通道的形成,从而可以显著提高聚苯胺的导电性. By measuring the conductivity of polyaniline (PAn) doped with H3PO4, and observing the photos of scanning electric microscopy (SEM), we obtained the following result: with the increase of acidity in doping agent, massive polyaniline disappeared, the polyaniline whose structure was better and finer average diameter of particle was generated and the network of PAn tunnel in the structure was formed. Doping was beneficial for formation of conductive passage, which could remarkably increase the conductivity of PAn.
