Windows is not a true real time operating system, so we will face a lot of problems if we want to research and develop the real time control system under Windows. Interrupt is a kind of good way to solve this trouble. So, in this paper, we introduce the kernel of Windows and some methods of realizing interrupt under Win98. In the work, we realized the interrupt data acquisition with the application of Interrupt Control ActiveX TvicHW32 in VB under Windows and we supply the program in this paper as well.
