电负性及其对Anderson型多酸抗肿瘤活性的表达

摘要 简要回顾了电负性的发展历史。根据电负性是指分子中原子吸引电子趋势的概念和抗肿瘤多酸的电子得失氧化—还原机制,提出了多酸抗肿瘤活性与多酸的电负性者之间存在内在联系的假定。用基于Mulliken电负性标度的加权调和平均电负性,对Anderson型抗肿瘤多酸的基团电负性进行了计算。结果表明,用一、二级结构的基团电负性数据,可以表达Anderson型多酸的抗肿瘤活性。 The history of electronegativity development is reviewed concisely. It is supposed that there seems to be some intrinsic relationship between the antitumor activities of polyoxometalates and their group electronegativities because the similarity between the electronegative concept and the redox antitunior mechanism of polyoxometalates. Group electronegativities of Anderson type antitumor polycxometalates is calculated by the Weighted Harmonic Mean Electronegativity model on Mulliken electronegative scale. The results show that antitumor activities of some Anderson type polyoxometalates can be expressed by using their group electronegativities of first or second grade structure.
