摘要
分析和讨论了激光散斑二次曝光干涉法测量微小位移和形变的原理及方法,提出了位移散斑图是该测量方法中的关键因素。
Measuring principle and method of little displacement and deformation by interference method of laser speckle in double exposures are analysed and discussed here and the key factor of this measuring method being displacement film of speckle is proposed.
