摘要
主要从文化资源分析的角度,探讨了旅游餐饮的内涵,分析归纳了旅游餐饮文化开发中存在的问题,提出开发要适应市场变化,注重深层次挖掘餐饮文化资源,开发多种特色餐饮系列产品,提高旅游地的综合吸引力,促进旅游地的进一步发展。
The article intends to talk about connotation and problems of tourism food culture. The writer puts forward the exploitation fitting market change, deeply excavating tourism food culture resource and developing a series of special products. Finally it raises comprehensive attraction of tourism destination and promotes further development of it.
