在总结高校科研管理系统现状的基础上,针对全国普通高等学校人文社会科学研究管理信息系统使用过程中存在的一些问题,提出对该系统进一步完善与开发的一些设想,使之能真正成为高校科研管理的理想平台,进而实现高校科研管理的自动化、信息化、网络化.

On the basis of summarizing the current system of the administration of science-researching of colleges & universities, we put forward some tentative ideas on further improving and developing National Academy Human-social Science Research Management Information System(NAHSMIS), which are aimed at some problems that exist in the usage of NAHSMIS. In this way, we're wishing that it may really become an ideal board for the administration of science-researching of colleges & universities, and furthermore that we could achieve its automation, informationization, internetization.
