摘要
为了实现对复杂系统容差的自动化分析,提出了一种基于误差图的分析方法。将系统中参数间的直接误差传递描述为误差图中的结点间连接。利用所提出的迭代搜索法,进行了系统容差自动分析。例举了一个典型例子,表明它能够处理系统中参数的非线性传递和网络化关联等问题。这种方法较好地解决了在状态变化大的非线性系统中进行容差自动化分析的问题。
In order to realize the automatic analysis of the tolerance in a complex system, a method based on an error graph is put forward.The direct error transfer between system parameters is described by the connection of the nodes in an error graph. The automatic analysis of the system's tolerance is performed by means of the iterative seeking method. And a typical example is presented . It proves the method could process the nonlinear transfer and networking relevancy problems of system parameters. The method effectively solves the problem of the tolerance automatic analysis of the nonlinear system whose state changes greatly.
