Adjusting and controlling is the knowledgable activity and methods of self-control and self-ad-justment in the course of learning and teaching.In foreign language teaching teachers should make clear the students' situation of cognitive knowledge,test students' congnitive experience,research syllabus and teach ing methods,lay down and implement the proper measures.Only in this way,can we improve for-eign language teaching quality effectively.
