摘要
黄热病毒引起的黄热病是一种常见的动物传染病。黄热病毒可诱导感染的宿主产生细胞和体液免疫应答,可通过分子生物学技术改造为理想的疫苗载体,从而表达寄生虫和病毒的多种蛋白。这些病原体包括恶性疟原虫、约氏疟原虫、枯氏锥虫、日本脑炎病毒、登革病毒、拉沙病毒和猴免疫缺陷病毒等,本文拟就这方面的研制现状进行综述。
Yellow fever is caused by the yellow fever virus and is commonly transmitted by animals.This virus may induce cellular and humoral immune responses in a host.Molecular biology techniques can be used to engineer this virus into an ideal vaccine vector to express numerous parasite or viral proteins.These pathogens include Plasmodium falciparum,P.yoelii,Trypanosoma cruzi,Japanese encephalitis virus,Dengue virus,Lassa virus,and simian immunodeficiency virus.The review outlines the status of research on vaccines using a recombinant yellow fever virus.
