过程集成技术在精馏塔用能系统中的应用

Application of process integrated technology in energy system of distillation column

本文通过对精馏过程用能系统的分析,提出了在精馏设计中采用过程集成技术的工作程序;利用过程集成技术原理和ASPEN模拟计算软件,通过构造CGCC曲线的方法,对应用实例进行了分析。结果表明,应用过程集成技术可使精馏过程能量的利用更合理。

This paper gives some suggestions by analyzing the energy utilization system in distillation process on working program in distillation column design which the process integrated technology can be applied in, and also analyzes the practical sample by the means of constructing CGCC and calculating with ASPEN software and applying the theory of the process integrated technology. This result shows that the process integrated technology can make it more reasonable for the energy utilization in distillation process.
