摘要
分析了我军装备器材保障模式的特点及存在的问题,提出了基于区内调剂与跨区调剂的调剂供应保障模式。以控制成本为目标,构建了装备器材调剂供应决策模型,采用动态规划的方法进行求解,并通过具体算例验证了模型的合理性,对于实际的器材保障过程具有一定的指导意义。
The characteristics and problems of equipment support mode in our army are analyzed and a regulating support mode based on both regional regulating and cross regional regulating is put forward. A regulating support decision model of equipment is built taking cost control as the goal,and solved by the method of dynamic programming. The model is proved to be feasible in concrete examples,and owns a certain guiding significance for equipment support.
