装备作战需求论证流程规范化建模

Modeling Standard Flow for Weapon Equipment Operational Requirement Demonstration

针对当前装备作战需求论证流程不够规范一致的问题,分析了装备作战需求论证流程规范化的目标、内容和特征,提出了装备作战需求论证的环节规范化方法和流程结构化方法,设计了装备作战需求论证的总体流程模型和基本流程模型,给出了基本环节的规范化描述方法和实例,可为进一步优化和调整装备作战需求论证流程、提高论证工作效率和成果质量提供新方法。

In view of the problem that the current weapon equipment operational requirement demonstration is not standard and consistency,the objective,contents and characteristics of the standard flow model for weapon equipment operational requirement demonstration are analyzed firstly.Then the method defining the standard step and the structured flow method are proposed.After building the overall flow model and the basic flow model,the standard description method and its example of the basic step are studied,whichcan provide a new method to further optimize and adjust the flow for weapon equipment operational requirement demonstration and to improve the working efficiency and result quality.
