摘要
针对ASA(Analog Signature Analysis)测试数据采集系统的激励源选择问题,设计了以幅值和宽度可调的脉冲信号作为激励源的ASA测试数据采集系统。采用单片机产生一系列不同幅值的脉冲信号,配合硬件设计使脉冲信号的幅值和宽度可调,实现了采样和激励的同步。验证分析结果表明:该系统可实现对各类器件的ASA测试,测试效果良好。
Aiming at the problem of excitation source selection for ASA(Analog Signature Analysis) test data acquisition system,this paper designs the ASA test data acquisition system taking the pulse signal with adjustable amplitude and width as an excitation source.It utilizes a microprocessor to generate a series of pulse signals with different amplitudes and cooperates with the design of hardware to make the amplitude and width adjustable and realize the synchronization of sampling and excitation.By the verification and analysis,it shows that this system can perform the ASA test for all kinds of devices and it has a perfect test effect.
