摘要
针对目前复杂电子设备故障分析方法存在的诸多问题,提出了一种基于D-S(Dempster-Shafer)/AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)证据理论的信息融合系统框架模型。在该模型中,基于专家分析构成识别框架,利用AHP对专家的证据矩阵进行处理,并在D-S证据理论之中引入最优因子合成方法对测试数据进行融合。应用实例表明:该方案可以提高对故障的识别能力。
Aiming at problems of present fault analysis methods in complex electronic equipment,this paper presents a model of information fusion system framework based on D-S(Dempster-Shafer) /AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) evidential theory.In this model,frame of identification is formed based on expert analysis,expert evidence matrix is processed with AHP,and optimum factor synthesis method is introduced to D-S evidential theory,so as to fuse test data.Application examples show that the scheme can improve the capability of fault identification.
