摘要
针对我军后勤装备维修器材仓库分布点多面广、配送时效性不高、整体保障效益偏低等问题,建立了基于混合整数规划的仓库布局选址模型,设计了粒子群实验寻优算法进行求解。以SY战区为例,验证了模型和算法的有效性,得到了该战区的后勤装备;维修器材仓库布局方案,并与基本粒子群算法进行了对比分析。
There existing several problems about logistics equipment maintenance material warehouse loca-tion,for instance,the warehouses are located at a broad area,the delivery time is long and the overall benefit is quite low.In order to settle these problems,this paper establishes a warehouse location model based on mixed integer programming,and designs an algorithm named Particle Swarm Experiment Opti-mization (PSEO)to solve this model.Taking SY theater for example,its warehouse location plan is ob-tained.Comparing the designed algorithm with the basic Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO),the new algorithm is proved to be effective.
