In view of the phenomenon that current examination for qualification of the equipment suppliers is hard to fully find out the advantages and potential of the equipment suppliers,with technological inno-vation as the breakthrough point to improve the quality of examination for professional technical capability of the equipment suppliers,the current practice status of examination for professional technical capability of the equipment suppliers is analyzed.According to the research at home and abroad,the elements and approaches of technological innovation about the equipment suppliers are dissected,and the contents of professional technical capability examination of the equipment suppliers are put forward to be perfected from four aspects of resource,environment,system and way of technological innovation.
