Modularization Design of Support Equipment Based on Fuzzy Clustering

摘要 针对陆军各兵种配备的专用保障装备过多、互用性差、型号规格杂、利用率低等问题,基于模块化设计理念,采用模糊聚类方法,在功能分析的基础上将保障装备划分为基本模块、通用保障功能模块和专用保障功能模块。基本模块通过与各种通用保障功能模块和专用保障功能模块组合,可形成系列保障装备族,满足保障装备型谱要求和不同保障需求,很好地解决了保障装备型号规格杂,不同兵种的保障装备间关联少、互用性差的难题,实现了保障资源的优化组合。最后,以某型履带式装甲抢修车的模块化设计为例,验证了研究思路和方法的可行性。 Aiming at the existing problems for special support equipment of the army such as excess quan-tity,poor interoperability,complex specifications and low utilization rate,in accordance with the idea of modularization design,adopting fuzzy clustering method,on the basis of function analysis,the support e-quipment is divided into basic module,universal support functional module and special support functional module.Through combining with universal support functional module and special support functional mod-ule,forming a series of equipment family,basic module can be applied to different support requirements and meet the type spectrum requirement of support equipment.The problems of complex specifications, less association and poor interoperability of different army support equipment are solved,and support re-sources are optimally combined.Finally,the proposed design methods and ideas are verified using the modularization design example of armored recovery vehicles.
