装备作战概念及其设计方法

Equipment Operational Concept and its Design Method

针对目前装备论证工作中"装备作战概念"内涵界定不清和设计方法不科学的问题,借鉴美军有关作战概念的研究成果,界定了装备作战概念,分析了其基本构成要素,并从范围、目标和内容3个方面分析了装备作战概念设计的内涵,提出了基于DoDAF(Department ofDefense Architecture Framework)多视图的装备作战概念设计方法,从全视图、作战视图、能力视图、系统视图和技术视图5个方面分析了其设计原理,初步规范了其设计流程。

Aiming at the problem that the definition of equipment operational concept is still unclear in the field of equipment demonstration and its design methods are still unscientific,with the research result re-ferring to operational concept in the US army,this paper firstly defines the connotation of equipment opera-tional concept,analyses its basic elements,and also puts out the profound content of equipment operational concept design from three aspects:scope,goal and content.Finally,the design method based on DoDAF multi-views is proposed,the design principle is analyzed from five aspects of all views,combat views,ca-pability views,system views and technology views,and then the design process is preliminarily specified.
