柴油机排气后处理DPF失效时故障特征 被引量:7

Fault Characteristics Research on Diesel Exhaust After-treatment DPF

摘要 针对柴油机颗粒物过滤器(Diesel Particulate Filter,DPF)在使用过程中出现的失效状态,通过台架实验研究了DPF破损或堵塞时柴油机排气特性参数变化规律,分析了DPF失效时故障特征及敏感程度。结果表明:DPF的前、后温度和排气背压对DPF破损与堵塞故障表现出较好的敏感程度,可以作为DPF故障诊断的主要故障特征参数。 According to the failure state of DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter)in use,diesel exhaust charac-teristic parameter variation,fault characteristics and the degree of sensitivity are analyzed by bench re-search methods when the DPF clogged or damaged.The results show that DPF inlet temperature,DPF outlet temperature and exhaust back pressure can be used as the main characteristic parameters for DPF fault analysis because they exhibit better sensitivity degree to DPF clogged and damaged.
