摘要
针对危险破甲弹药运输系统的防护问题,采用爆炸式反应装甲作为防爆车厢体内防护射流侵彻的结构。以某制式破甲弹为例,应用非线性有限元程序LS-DYNA研究了反应装甲在不同斜置角时对射流的防护效果。结果表明:增大反应装甲的放置角度,在保证安全的情况下可以大幅减小危险弹药运输系统厢体装甲钢的厚度;当放置角度为60°时,运输系统厢体对装甲钢的厚度要求可以降低70%以上。
In order to meet the protection demand of dangerous ammunition transport system,Explosive Reactive Armor (ERA)is used as structure of explosion-proof transport system to prevent penetration of jet from dangerous shaped charge warhead.Based on a typical rocket bomb with shaped charge warhead, a nonlinear finite element program LS-DYNA is used to study protection effect of ERA at different inclina-tion angle.The result indicates that with increase of inclination angle of the ERA,on the basis of securi-ty,the thickness of structure of dangerous ammunition transport system can be reduced greatly;when ERA is placed at 60°and tank of transport system is made of RHA,the thickness of tank can be de-creased 70%.
